First, high strength bolts
Clamping type connection design, using 4 12.9-level M16 bolts fastening, the overall yield limit of 4 bolts is 4×39432.6N=157730.4N, that is, it can withstand about 15 tons of weight, and the overall weight of our fan is 120kg, plus the weight of structural parts is 200kg. Well below the yield limit to ensure safe fall.
According to the different site environment, on the basis of this installation method, direct installation, side installation, side extension and other installation methods have been developed, and on the basis of the use of higher strength 12.9 class bolts, the safety has the same guarantee.
Two, trapezoidal axis
By using trapezoidal way, the gravity of the drive disk is applied to the contact surface of the shaft sleeve and the drive disk in the way of normal stress, and the friction between the shaft sleeve and the drive disk is further increased on the basis of bolt compression, and the drive disk will not fall from the shaft sleeve even if the bolt fastening fails.
Working principle: First of all, the reducer shaft is fixed with the shaft sleeve through the nine-hole disk, and the nine-hole disk is fixed with the drive disk at the same time, so that the drive device is fixed together. When the drive disk pulls down the reducer shaft under the action of gravity, the force on the section of the sleeve makes the shaft sleeve tend to tighten, and then the reducer shaft is tightened. Therefore, the longer the time, the greater the pressure, that is, the greater the friction between the drive disc and the shaft sleeve, the higher the safety.
Three, the size of the safety ring
When the motor shaft fails, the whole motion rotating structure will fall and fall on the large safety ring, so as to avoid falling directly to the ground, thereby avoiding safety accidents.
Working principle: First of all, the outer diameter of the small safety ring is greater than the inner diameter of the large safety ring; The motor reducer is fixed on the lower plate surface of the frame through the reducer base, and the large safety ring is fixed on the lower plate surface of the frame through the sleeve fastener; The reducer shaft is connected to the drive chassis, and the small safety ring is fixed on the chassis; In this way, a small safety ring is formed on top of the large safety ring and synchronized with the drive chassis. When the reducer shaft fails, the drive chassis and the small safety ring will fall and fall on the large safety ring to ensure that they will not continue to fall.
Iv. Type I security link ring
The Type I safety link is designed to provide an extra layer of insurance against the blades falling down due to gravity when the plug-in fails.
Working principle: The metal connecting sheet with the shape of type I is used to fix the two adjacent fan blades at the root of the fan blades, and all the fan blades and the chassis are reconnected together to become the overall structure. If any blade is damaged, because it is fixed by two connecting iron, it will not fall immediately, so as to ensure the safety of personal property.
Five, wire rope cable
For the main frame and installation structure, we set up four 6mm diameter steel core wire ropes (external plastic corrosion prevention total direct 8mm) to share the overall weight. When the structural part fails to fall, it will be pulled up by the wire rope, which will give enough time for the people below to take refuge and take emergency safety measures.
The smaller breaking tension of each wire rope is 30.5kN, equivalent to 3050kg, which is much larger than the overall weight of about 200kg, and we set 4.
Six, anaerobic glue
During the installation process, anaerobic glue is applied after the screws are tightened to prevent wear and loose. We use imported high-strength anaerobic adhesive. For M10 bolts, the breaking moment is 58N•m (different brand data are different), while the smaller tightening moment of pre-tightened M10 bolts is only 34N•m (metric bolt torque Q/STB 12.521.5-2000), so it has a very good anti-loosening effect.
